A lot of hype for this one! I couldn’t quite make up my mind around whether I enjoyed it or not.

It follows Coralie, an Australian woman who has moved to London dreaming of becoming a writer. She falls in love with Adam, a divorcé with a four-year-old daughter.

Personally, I felt the character came across as a bit whiny at times, but then I can’t relate to motherhood yet! I did enjoy the political backdrop woven through the story: the revolving door of prime ministers through the Conservative years, Brexit, and Covid.

Lots of good reviews out there for this one, but it wasn’t for me!
